I have changed telephone, how do I reactivate my CrontoSign Swiss application?

First, you must activate your new device.
To do so, input your contract number and your password. 
1- You still have the mobile phone you usually use and you want to activate a new additional or replacement device: after entering your contract number and password, check the box "I would like to log on with another telephone or optical reader", then follow the instructions.
2- You have a new mobile phone but you no longer own the old one which was the only one activated?
- Enter your contract number and your password
- Click on "Have you changed your telephone?" then follow the instructions

Note: A replacement CrontoSign Swiss activation letter will then be sent to you by post. For security reasons all previously activated devices will be automatically deleted.
