You can update your address by logging into your Netbanking account then going to the "Address" section in the "My profile" tab.
If this function is not available to you, you have several options:
- Write to us using the secure messaging service on the Netbanking platform.
- Send us a letter by post addressed to your adviser.
- Visit one of our branches with a valid piece of ID.
Please note that for certain address changes, you may be asked to provide additional supporting documents (proof of residence, etc.).
