I have changed telephone; how do I reactivate my Mobile Netbanking application?
4402If you have changed smartphones, simply connect to your Netbanking and follow the following steps :
1- In the "Settings" menu, go to the "Mobile Netbanking" tab
2- In the "Authorised devices" section, click on "Add a device" and retrieve the activation code visible on the new window displayed
3- Enter the new activation code on your new smartphone
The application will then be activated on your new smartphone.
