First, please check the following:
- Your account balance
- The type of transaction that has been refused (online, withdrawal, payment)
- If a message has been displayed on the payment terminal or ATM
- If you have correctly installed the “one” app for online transactions
If your transactions are still being declined, you have a few options:
1) Check your “one” app to make sure your card is not blocked;
2) Contact us using the number on the back of your card (058 211 21 88);
3) Contact the VISECA 24-hour blocking service (058 958 69 20).
