Mobile Netbanking : what steps should I take in the BCGE Mobile Netbanking app if my phone is lost or stolen?

1- Log in to BCGE Netbanking from your computer or tablet (www.bcge.ch)
2- Next, click on the “Settings” menu, then “Mobile Netbanking”.
3- Click on the “Authorised devices” section then on the line corresponding to the phone in question, click “Delete” on the right and confirm the deletion.
The corresponding phone will immediately be deactivated for the BCGE Mobile Netbanking app.
