What do I do if I get a 400, 403 or 404 error when connecting to BCGE Netbanking?
111- Error 400:
The 400 error page usually appears when unauthorised special characters or a sequence of them have been entered. This can occur:
- When entering a payment, particularly in the beneficiary details or in the message to the beneficiary
- When entering a secure message
- When logging in with a password containing unauthorised special characters
To avoid this error, please remove the special characters from the input field.
2- Error 403:
The 403 error page usually appears when connecting to BCGE Netbanking with a device on which:
And/or
- The anti-virus, anti-tracking function is active
- A VPN is active
You should therefore deactivate these two functions, which block access to the BCGE Netbanking Online portal.
If you encounter this error message when you are not using your usual computer, we advise you to connect to a secure network, delete your browsing history or change your Internet browser.
3- Error 404:
The 404 error page usually appears when connecting to BCGE Netbanking via an invalid link.
To avoid this error, type the URL www.bcge.ch in the search bar of your Internet browser and click on the green “Online portal” button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
You will then be redirected to the BCGE Netbanking Online portal.
