I lost my telephone / my telephone was stolen, what should I do with Mobile Netbanking?
4207If your smartphone is lost or stolen, you can delete the device in question from your Netbanking by following these steps: :
1- In the "Settings" menu, go to the "Mobile Netbanking" tab
2- In the "Authorised devices" section, click on "Delete" on the right, on the line corresponding to the telephone in question
3- Confirm the deletion
