It depends on what type of phone you have.
iOS (iPhone)
The language of the app corresponds to the language of your phone. To switch languages, you have to change the settings on your phone.
If your phone is not in French, English or German, the app will be in English by default.
Android (Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.)
You can change the language of the app in the app’s settings:
1. Log in to your BCGE Mobile Netbanking app
2. Tap on the three horizontal bars at the top left of your screen
3. Tap on App settings
4. Tap on Language
5. Select the language of your choice
6. Log in using your PIN code or biometric authentication
