For QR payment statements (camt.054) :
1- From the "Payments / File Transfer" tab on the homepage, click on the "Files to download" tab
2- Select the dates then click on "Search".
3- Go to "New entries" or "All entries"
For XML payment statements (camt.053):
1- From the relevant account, under the "Transactions" tab
2- Go to "Details of operations"
3- Click on "Download" on the right
4- Select the format, then click on "Download Now"
