If your phone is lost or stolen, please contact our call centre at 058 211 21 00 so we can remove the registered device from your account.
You can reach us:

  • Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 7.30 pm;
  • Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm;
  • Sunday, 9 am to 1 pm.
