Mobile Netbanking : how do I change the password of the Mobile Netbanking application ?

The Mobile Netbanking password can be changed directly from your Netbanking access on the website. It must be different from the Netbanking password on the website:

To change your password for your mobile application, log on to your Netbanking at BCGE: Login.

1- Go to the settings


2- Then go to the Mobile Netbanking tab.


3- Once you are in the Mobile Netbanking onget, click on modify and then proceed to create a password.


4- First enter your Online portal Netbanking password in the field on the left. Then add your new Mobile Netbanking password in the second field and confirm it in the final field.


5- Confirm the change. Your password has been changed and is valid immediately
