How do I search, view and print my E-documents?

E-documents are deleted two years after having been generated, so we recommend that you download or activate E-Safe before this time:

Note: E-documents include monthly account statements, end-of-year tax certificates and, more generally, useful information on transaction notices, services, portfolio statements and stock market notices.

1- Click on “E-DOCUMENTS” at the top right-hand side of the screen. If you have new E-documents that have not been viewed, a red target representing these unread documents will be displayed next to them.2- To download and print them, simply click on “Download” to the right of each document. You will then have the option of printing them out if you so desire.
